It is 328’ high, 208’ wide, 10’ thick at top and 104’ thick at the base.2 Buffalo Bill Bam & Power Plant – This plant generates power for most of N.W. Wyo. Picture also show the old highway thru canyon which was used until new tunnel was finished in 1961.
